Rounded Corners for Your Android Device’s Screen

Rounded Corners for Your Android Device’s Screen:-

If you’ve heard of webOS, you may or may not be familiar with the rounded corners on many of the OS’s screens. It’s a pleasant aesthetic touch that, surprisingly, no mobile operating system has attempted to emulate (well, besides MIUI for Android). Well, XDA Senior Member and seasoned app developer Mohammad_Adib, who also developedSidebar and Floating Stickes, has created a neat little app called RoundR that brings those rounded corners over to your Android device.
It may be a small and subtle aesthetic change that RoundR allows for, but for many users, it sure rouses a different feel and finish to their Android device.  Once launched, a notification appears in the slide-down notification area, which once pressed, pops up a hovering settings window. Settings include:

  • Whether to start app on boot
  • Toggle app notification on and off
  • Which corners would be rounded off
  • Size of the corner radius
Also, kudos must be given to Mohammad_Adib for making RoundR open source, allowing fellow members of the community to input their own twist and have their own take with the app. Users can find the source code on Github.
