The Galaxy S4 Mini Black Edition packs the same Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.7GHz, 4.3-inch qHD screen, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, eight-megapixel camera, and 1,900 mAh battery, with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean on top.
